Orange Creamsicle


– 3 Oranges

– 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

This juice is a great pick-me up.   First juice the oranges, then blend in the Protein Powder.

Orange Juice:

-High in Vitamin C- helps your body collagen, a protein good for healing wounds, helps protect your cells from aging, and neutralize free radicals.  1 Cup of OJ or Grapefruit juice provides your daily recommended Vitamin C.

-High in Folate- Folate supports cell production at the DNA cell division stage, helps protect cells against genetic mutations, helps you make red blood cells.  Reach for a glass of fresh OJ, your cells will say ‘thank you’.  1 Cup of OJ is equal to 19% of the recommend folate intake.
